We provided a total update to the existing old, dated bathroom and installed a brand new bathroom with toilet, basin, shower area and tiling. We worked closely with the client to decide on products, design and the positioning of the sanitary ware within the bathroom.

We identified the boiler issue that was causing problems with the customer’s heating and hot water and offered two solutions: a repair or a replacement. We recommended a new boiler due to the age of the boiler, the nature of the fault, and the speed in which we could get the problem fixed.

The customer explained that they had no hot water or heating and needed it fixing as soon as possible. Due to the emergency nature of this issue, we attended the house that evening, diagnosed the fault and carried out the repair during that visit.

We were hired to convert an old, inefficient heating system to a new Worcester combi boiler with 12 years manufacturer’s warranty. The property was old with a lot of quirks and old pipework that we needed to navigate. We moved the new boiler into the loft space to free up space in the cupboards below which were previously occupied by the boiler and cylinder.
