Annual Boiler Service

- Check Gas Inlet Working Pressure
- Gas Rate
- Flue Gas Analysis and Integrity Check
- Test Heating System Water Quality
- Charge expansion Vessel
- Clean Condensate Trap
Major Boiler Service
(Recommended approx. every 5 years)
- Clean Main Heat Exchanger and Burner
- Replace Main Heat Exchanger Seal if Necessary (and any other relevant seals/gaskets)
- Replace Electrodes
