We identified the boiler issue that was causing problems with the customer’s heating and hot water and offered two solutions: a repair or a replacement. We recommended a new boiler due to the age of the boiler, the nature of the fault, and the speed in which we could get the problem fixed.
The customer noticed that their water wasn’t getting very hot and their heating was very sporadic. The occupants were all students who were preparing for exams, so it wasn’t ideal to be cold and have no hot water.
We were able to identify the issue with the boiler and offered two solutions. A repair, which would have been very costly and take a long time. Or to replace the broken boiler with a brand new one.
We recommended a new boiler due to the age of the boiler, the nature of the fault, and the speed in which we could get the problem fixed. We installed a new boiler in a more practical position. We also carried out a powerflush on the heating system and fitted a magnetic system filter to avoid the problem happening again in the near future.
